On any given evening, step through the glass doors on the amenity floor of 700 River and feel your jaw drop as you take in one of the best views in Austin. Just beyond the infinity pool, the Colorado River winds out as far as the eye can see while a golden sun slips behind the hills. 

 

Haus of Park, a creative agency in Montreal, brought us in to produce a cinematic hero video showcasing the elevated design and living experience 700 River promises its residents. Through strong collaboration between agency and production house, we delivered.  We took the inspiration images and videos from Haus of Park, and fulfilled our reputation for exceeding expectations.
